The Craft Fair has become an established annual event at the Show and is proving to be a success for both the Exhibitor and the Public (show attendance is about 12,000 plus).

Stand will be available under canvas and there will be adequate facilities close by for exhibitors. Advertising will be covered in local newspapers and attention will be given to promoting the Fair to its fullest extent. Posters and car stickers will also be distributed beforehand

You are invited to reserve a Stand, a trestle table plus working area, by completing the booking form below and returning it to me as soon as possible, together with the appropriate fee i.e. £26.00 per trestle table. Space will be limited and you are therefore advised to book early. Trestles and chairs are provided, but no electricity. Each table Stand will receive one vehicle pass only, plus two admittance passes. Additional passes will be charged at £6.00 each.

No responsibility for damages, breakages, accidents or losses will be accepted by the Organisers or the Market Bosworth Agricultural, Horticultural & Equestrian Society or its Councils or Members. It is therefore strongly suggested exhibitors take out insurance cover for such eventualities.

Stands may be set up on Saturday 9th at own risk but must be completed by 9.00 a.m. on Show day and Stand Holders are requested not to dismantle their stands before the advertised closing time i.e. 5.30 p.m. There will be no charge to the public for admission to the Craft Fair. Please note we do have security on the Showground overnight on both the Friday and Saturday before the Show.
